LONG OVERDUE BLOG!


It's my College barkada get-together, so we planned on this a month ahead. I'm excited because my good friend Rocel,Jakarta based is coming home for the holidays, inspite of the very hectic skeds we all have because of the Christmas season, we were still able to squeeze a day to all meet up and go BACK TO MEMORY LANE, where it all started--in UST.

Marami kami actually, pero, yung iba we lost contact na, one died, others abroad, and the rest is history(in other words, sadya lang sigurong ayaw na magpakita o paistorbo haha). Being the one who is less busy amongst all of us(since my college barkada are all working and im the one who's just home most of the time), i did all the planning(feeling ko mission ko sa buhay ay mag organize lagi ng event, party, get together, dinner etc)checked skeds and had to make sure everyone can make it on a Saturday afternoon.


How it began?
*Text brigade*: thx to BBM(blackberry messenger) for instant communication from Manila to Jakarta, Manila-Manila! Fortunately, everyone was game to the Date, December 18, 2010 SAturday 10:30am.

NO TURNING BACK ANG PEG AHAHA

Mark came along with my group, the early birds are those that came from the South: the balikbayan Rocel and Makati girl Sharon, super gutom na ko but we had a few shots of the new UST! We were excited for Almer's...to our surprise, shet, sarado!..badtrip yon kaya sabi ko ok "Rocel and Shai let's go to M.I.(MANG INASAL)" OF COURSE Rocel is clueless what M.I. is kse nga di naman siya namamalagi dito sa Pilipinas, so sabi ko basta masarap don, unli rice! haha! So it was me, Mark, Rocel and Shai!....sila Jem and Ana(always late, college palang kame laging late na tong si Ana)just follwed. Marisse naman had to take Arvin to Panadacan pa. So after eating pictorial blues na ito sa mga buildings, we started at the Library, kung san madalas namin suduin si Shai! then we went sa likod ng Library, Likod ng Main building., walang kupas na jumpshot! thanks to the ever reliable SLR of Rocel!....

for some reason naiba ang plano namin, kse biglaang may lakad pala the next day si Rocel with family, kaya kinailangan naming magsama at pumunta ng Glorietta!(the place to be, the hang-out place after class nung college,pang soshal kse dito,eh feeling soshal ako dati eh, nung nagsmoke pako dati sa starbucks smoking area haha),and since birthday ni Marisse nung Dec. 10, she treated us at H&E. Jem and Ana had to excuse themselves kse may bibilhin daw kuno, yun pala bumili sila ng cake for Marisse...after H&E, it was time to say goodbye, but before that exchange gift muna sa Starbucks where Shai treated us for coffee, at nakumpleto na rin niya ang sticker for the planner! nakakabitin ang oras pero we planned to meet again for a lunchdate naman in Fairview sa bahay ni Marisse. Ang sarap ng pasalubong ni Rocel sa amin from Indonesia! Mi goreng, coffee's and the hot sauce(for Mark), all of us had our own loot bags from everyone! so cute!
